UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT.  THE SHIPPING CARRIER REQUIRES YOU HANDLE THESE INSTANCES WITH THEM DIRECTLY. SHOULD YOU HAVE CONCERNS ABOUT THE SAFETY OF DELIVERED PACKAGES, PLEASE EMAIL US AT INFO@BLAINEBOWEN.COM WITH YOUR ORDER NUMBER, THAT YOU WOULD LIKE US TO REQUIRE A SIGNATURE ON DELIVERY.  SHOULD YOU NOT EXERCISE THIS OPTION, WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES. WE HANDLE THIS ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.  PHOTOS, DAMAGE DESCRIPTION AND ORDER NUMBER WILL BE REQUIRED TO INFO@BLAINEBOWEN.COM ...ALL JEWELRY ITEMS ARE SHIPPED WITH SPECIFIC CARE INSTRUCTIONS, AND IT IS QUITE EASY TO ASCERTAIN PRODUCTION ERROR FROM MISTREATMENT.  WE CANNOT REPLACE ITEMS THAT ARE 'LOST'. IN THE RARE EVENT AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED, WE MUST BE NOTIFIED TO INFO@BLAINEBOWEN.COM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR PACKAGES ARRIVAL.  ITEMS WILL NOT BE REPLACED UNTIL WE HAVE RECEIVED THE DAMAGED ITEMS IN QUESTION TO OUR OFFICE.

OUR JEWELRY IS 14K GOLD-FILLED (14/20), AND CONTAIN NO NICKEL OR LEAD.  IT CONTAINS 5% GOLD BY WEIGHT, LOCATED ON THE SURFACE WHICH HELPS TO PREVENT TARNISH AND WEAR.  THE THICK GOLD LAYER IS BONDED TO THE BRASS CORE.  GOLD-FILLED CAN TARNISH, BUT IT TAKES A RARE SET OF CIRCUMSTANCES OR NEGLECT.  WE DO NOT RECCOMEND SWIMMING, BATHING, LOTIONING, GETTING SPRAY TANS, EXERCISING, WASHING YOUR HANDS, DOING THE DISHES ETC...
