Returns & Replacements
Blaine Bowen will accept items purchased from blainebowen.com for return/exchange within 14 days of the ship date. Items returned must be in new condition with tags in place and will incur a $5.00 restocking fee. If five or more items are returned, a $10.00 restocking fee will be ommitted from your refund amount. Your shipping amount will not be refunded on returns, if you received free shipping, our shipping cost to ship to you will be deducted from your refund. A lot of work goes into processing returns, it is no simple process. So please read our return form and this section before making a purchase. All returns are subject to restocking fee and postage fee whether you receive free shipping or not. If you received free shipping but returned an item, your shipping fee WILL be deducted from your refund.

Pre-Paid Shipping labels are not available for returns, nor will order shipping be refunded. You will be refunded the amount of the product.
Sale items & items purchased with a discount code are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Items received as gifts from our online store will be returned for store credit on our website.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Please note since each shirt is printed by hand, there will always be a degree of variation between each print. No two shirts will be identical, making your purchase unique and made just for you.
We cannot refund any shipping or handling fees due to USPS carrier error, or provide package insurance for anything shipped via USPS. We provide the option to ship via USPS 'at your own risk'. Unfortunately we have had to do this as many packages were being lost due to this carrier, and not honoring 'insured' packages.
Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. They will request a repair tracking number and have it shipped to us directly.
Due to the one of a kind nature of many of our pieces, we cannot guarantee we can repair every piece made in the collection. For any questions regarding this please email email@example.com.
