This timeframe can be longer during Holidays or during times when Influencers or Celebrities have endorsed our products. All Pre-Orders are charged at the time of purchase, due to made to order quantities. Should you choose to cancel your order before shipment, you will be refunded in full within 48 hours of a written request.
Pre-Order Shipment dates are estimates. We will notify you of any delays over 7 Business days of the estimated ship date.
We ship via Fed Ex, should you choose the USPS option, you forgo any insurance and ship at your own risk. Due to the unreliability of the postal system and not honoring Insured packages, we have chosen Fed-Ex as our exclusive carrier as they honor package insurance policies and have been reliable in shipping. Should you choose to ship via USPS, you again, are relieving us of any responsibility due to lost packages or delays in shipping.
All online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Please note: your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase.
We ship anywhere in the United States and Canada. International Orders, please see section below.
Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days; however, at times certain items are in high demand and will unfortunately be on backorder. If you need your items in a hurry, please contact us and we will be able to let you know if an item can ship immediately. If there is a delay over 5 business days, you will be contacted immediately.
All orders are shipped using Fed-Ex or USPS.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice, once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking data.

The cost of International Flat Rate Shipping is $35.00 USD to CANADA ONLY + any Duties & Taxes at Customs. Please contact us directly at email@example.com for shipping to all other countries, so we can get you the best rate possible with another carrier.
Delivery is estimated at 10 to 21 business days for most major markets. Shipments to non-major markets may result in additional time. Also, shipping jewelry can sometimes take extra time going through customs.
A tracking number will be provided, but if sent USPS (depends on country) once it arrives in the destination country and is being handled by that postal service or customs, the tracking number may not be useable. Please call your local postal service to see if they can provide you with information.
Please ensure your address is correct as Blaine Bowen cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address or customer information.
PLEASE NOTE: at this time, we are not able to ship to Iran, Sudan, Syria, Cuba, Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, Indonesia, Malaysia or North Korea. As of June 2014, new regulations have prohibited us from shipping to Palestine and Russia.
