EXCHANGES / RETURNS

GENERAL INFO

We will accept items purchased from blainebowen.com only within our specified return window. Merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn and free of any damages to be exempt from any restocking fees. Clothes must have their original tags attached.

We do carefully watch return patterns for potential abuse and over-returning by individual customers, so we reserve the right to refuse return service when we deem necessary.  

We also monitor the abuse of discount codes & newsletter discount setups, and reserve the right to refuse return service or cancel orders when we deem necessary.

All returns will incur a $3 restocking fee if returning under 3 items. 3 or more items will incur a $6 restocking fee. Please understand returns are a time consuming process for a small business, so we appreciate you respecting these fees.

Any Orders returned to our warehouse not submitted via our portal, or not following return/exchange instructions via our portal will be returned to sender at the cost of the customer. 

DO YOU ACCEPT EXCHANGES?

Absolutely! Visit our return portals in the link above to process your exchange!  We highly recommend exchanges or store credit as it voids any shipping and restocking fees!

CAN I RETURN MY DISCOUNTED ITEMS USING A CODE OF 30% OR MORE OR ITEMS IN THE 'SALE' CATEGORY?

Orders utilizing discounts codes of 30% or higher are Final Sale and available for Exchange or Store Credit only.  Items purchased from our SALE section are FINAL SALE and may not be returned, exchanged or used for store credit. 

HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We ship orders very quickly so please make your requests as soon as possible!  Almost all orders ship same or next day.  Once an order has shipped we are unable to change or cancel orders and the customer will assume all responsibilities for fees or mis-shipments due to customer misinformation. 

RETURN WINDOW:

You have 21 days (not business days) from placing your order to initiate a return via our returns portal. Please note, the 21 days begins when your order is placed, not when you receive it.

Pre-ordered products are an exception, we give a 21 day return window from the date your order has shipped to initiate return. 

LATE RETURN:

If you attempt to initiate a return outside of the window, our online returns portal will reject it and notify you.  If you continue to ship an ineligible return with or without using or online return center for approval, our warehouse will not process it and your package will be returned to sender. 

WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?

Once you have shipped the return back to us, allow normal shipping times for us to receive it. You can track your return shipment in our online returns portal. Once we have received your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process it, look over the items and issue a refund. Please note we are not responsible for delays due to shipping carriers or items requiring further review or investigation due to condition.  We reserve the right to make any necessary adjustments based on the condition of the item(s) being returned.  

HOW DO I SHIP MY RETURN?

You will receive a shipping label upon return/exchange approval.  Please use this label to return your items in their original packaging and condition with all tags.  If you received a Blaine Bowen Pink Box, these will need to be included in your return.  We don't like to waste around here! 

REPAIRS:

Please contact us immediately with images if a clothing or jewelry item arrive damaged at info@blainebowen.com after a package has been marked delivered for 5 days, we will not accept damage on arrival requests.  

Jewelry needing repair within 2 months of purchase will be repaired free of charge.  After 2 months they will incur a 10% repair fee of the item cost, and after 6 months will incur a 20%% repair fee of the item cost. Due to the limited quantities of items, we cannot guarantee we will have the item or components to replace or repair an item.  In these instances, other arrangements will be made to provide you with a resolution.
