Blaine Bowen will accept items purchased from blainebowen.com for return/exchange within 14 days (not business) of package arrival date. Items returned must be in new condition with tags in place, free of stains, tears and will incur a $5.00 restocking fee. Your shipping amount will not be refunded on returns. A lot of work goes into processing returns, it is no simple process. So please read this section before making a purchase. All returns are subject to restocking fee and postage fee whether you receive free shipping or not. If you received free shipping but returned an item, your shipping fee WILL be deducted from your refund.

All Exchanges are free of charge and when taking store credit. Exchanges will receive a return label via email from us for your exchange.
Should we not have an item in the size you wish to exchange for, or would just like to take your return as store credit, email us at email@example.com and we will email you a discount code to use at any time for your store credit. Store credit items have no return fees.
Items purchased from Blaine Bowen are eligible for a full refund of items (minus shipping and $5 restocking fee) if returned within 14 days (NOT business) of package delivery. You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website or Store Credit.
SALE items are FINAL and may not be returned, exchanged or used for store credit.
Items at more than 35% Discount are NOT eligible for returns. The are eligible for exchange or store credit only.
A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, stain and tear free and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:
Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment. Items damaged from makeup or stains will be non refundable.
You will process your returns via our website. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.
Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org We will never hold customers responsible for our mistakes but we must be notified within 48 hours of package arrival.
Sale items & items purchased with a discount code over 35% are non-returnable and non-refundable. Items purchased with a discount code of 35% or more are allowed store credit or exchange only.
Items received as gifts from our online store will be returned for store credit or exchange on our website. You will be sent a discount code for store credit.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Please note since each shirt is printed by hand, there will always be a degree of variation between each print. No two shirts will be identical, making your purchase unique and made just for you.
Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. They will request a repair tracking number and have it shipped to us directly.
