    We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free 2 day shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship via Fed Ex, UPS, USPS and DHL.

All online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Please note: your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice, once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking data.

DUTIES & TAXES

Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.

Delivery is estimated at 10 to 21 business days for most major markets. Shipments to non-major markets may result in additional time. Also, shipping jewelry can sometimes take extra time going through customs.

A tracking number will be provided, but if sent USPS (depends on country) once it arrives in the destination country and is being handled by that postal service or customs, the tracking number may not be useable. Please call your local postal service to see if they can provide you with information.

Please ensure your address is correct as Blaine Bowen cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address or information supplied by customer.

***Blaine Bowen is not responsible for Stolen or Missing packages marked as 'Delivered'.  These instances must be address directly with your postal office and neighbors.  Please stay on top of your tracking notifications to avoid these instances.  Should you have concerns about the safety of your packages-please email us at orders@blainebowen.com after placing your order to require Signature on Delivery.  Orders over $200 in product will automatically require Signature on Delivery.***
