Shipping & Pre Orders
Please Allow 1-2 Business days for order processing on In Stock Items only. This would exclude all Pre Orders and Made to Order Items. Please see the product description for the processing status of a product. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will begin processing Monday. All orders placed after 11am CST will be processed the following business day. You will NOT receive a tracking email until your order has shipped. If you placed an order but have not received a confirmation email, please first check your spam folder.
Made to Order: Please allow 2-7 Business Days for production of Made to Order Garments. Thank you for shopping this option and helping us eliminate Fashion Waste & helping the environment!
Pre Order: Please see the products description for shipment estimates. If a product will be later than 7 business days, we will notify you.

If you decide to Preorder an item on our website, please note the following:
- Payment is charged immediately at checkout not upon item shipment.
- Preordering is voluntary and if at any time you would like to cancel your Preorder for a full refund to method of payment please do so prior to shipment announcement on our website or receiving tracking via email. Once an item has shipped all usual return and restock fees will apply.
- If you need to cancel your Preorder or Update in any way, please email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
- If you are ordering a Preorder item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged Shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Preorder has shipped.
- For Returns on Preorders, you have 21 days from the day that you received the Order - not the date on the original invoice as this is the Order date.
- The date listed on the Preorder page is an approximation communicated by our manufacturer and we only update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update then we do not have further information at this time
- We do our very best to communicate all details for Preorders on the Product page as there are usually thousands of orders for each style and it is not possible to contact everyone individually
- If at any time you need further details, please contact us at email@example.com and we'd be more than happy to help.
- Our Preorder Items are best selling BB items that have previously been in stock. In order to accommodate demand, but eliminate waste & contribution to Fashion Pollution-we print these items on an on demand basis. Allowing no item to be printed without a home. We strongly care about our Carbon Footprint here at BB and many of our items are Pre-Order or Print On Demand in order to work in accordance with our environmental & fair trade beliefs.
- Preorders can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on the fabric, manufacturing, quantity and details of the item.
We ship via Fed Ex, UPS, USPS and DHL.
All online orders must be paid with a credit card. We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Please note: your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice, once your order ships you will receive another email with tracking data.

COUNTRY SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Due to restrictions from our financial partners, Blaine Bowen does not ship to the following countries:
- Cote d'Ivoire
- North Korea
- Sudan/South Sudan
- Syrian Arab Republic
Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
Delivery is estimated at 10 to 21 business days for most major markets. Shipments to non-major markets may result in additional time. Also, shipping jewelry can sometimes take extra time going through customs.
A tracking number will be provided, but if sent USPS (depends on country) once it arrives in the destination country and is being handled by that postal service or customs, the tracking number may not be useable. Please call your local postal service to see if they can provide you with information.
Please ensure your address is correct as Blaine Bowen cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address or information supplied by customer.
***Blaine Bowen is not responsible for Stolen or Missing packages marked as 'Delivered'. These instances must be address directly with your postal office and neighbors. Please stay on top of your tracking notifications to avoid these instances. Should you have concerns about the safety of your packages-please email us at email@example.com after placing your order to require Signature on Delivery. Orders over $200 in product will automatically require Signature on Delivery. Blaine Bowen is not responsible for errors of shipping carriers. Refunds for shipping fees are up to the shipping carrier when you file a claim. Unapproved shipping claim fees cannot be refunded as you are charged directly by the carrier, not Blaine Bowen. We will always do our very best to intervene with carriers on behalf of our customers. All Shipping fees resolutions will be strictly handled by verdict of Carrier Claims we file on your behalf, and will be approved or denied by the shipping carrier-not Blaine Bowen. You will receive a copy of your claim result and filing. Blaine Bowen is not responsible for missing shipments due to error of Customer providing inaccurate shipping information, or items marked 'Undeliverable'.
